Join us for the First annual North Texas Art Festival. Artists will represent Fine Art, Music, Dance performances, Culinary arts. Local food, wine and beer will be highlighted. The Festival will be at the beautifully remodeled 100 Block and the Historic Katy Depot and Plaza.
