Arts & Jazz Fest Vendor Form 2022

    Applications are due by Friday, October 15, 2022. If selected, vendors will be notified of approval no later than October 17, 2022.
    Festival date is November 19, 2022 from 10am-5:30pm.
    Any fees paid are non-refundable. There is no guarantee of specific placement at the festival.
    If requested, please provide additional information and/or materials.
    Vendors will be designated a 10' x 10' space. Please reach out to staff if more space is required. If needed, ALL vendors must supply their own chairs, tables, and tent.
    Booth fees for all vendors is $50.00.
    All vendors will receive notice of booth location approximately one week prior to event so please make sure your email is correct.
    Electricity is available on a very limited basis and generators are NOT allowed.
    All art displayed must be family friendly.
    Buskers/street performers must apply, be approved, and coordinate their performance with the The City of Denison. Once approved, you will be assigned a location and time by The City of Denison.
    Buskers/street performers must perform jazz.
    If a performer is under 18, there must be an accompanied guardian who will take responsibility.
    All performances must be considered family-friendly. Obscenity or indecency will not be tolerated. Buskers are allowed to collect tips, but are not allowed to ask for money or require payment. Performers may place a donation basket. CD/merch sales are also permitted. It is the responsibility of the busker to report all income, including tips, to the state tax commission.
    The performer(s) is required to indemnify and keep indemnified, The City of Denison against any liability arising from the negligent acts of the performer in connection with the performance.
    All buskers/street performers must check in before setting up and cooperate with adjacent vendors/businesses.
    Any busker/street performer determined by the City of Denison staff to not be complying with the festival rules may be asked to leave. Performances must not interfere with festival operations or any vendor’s ability to do business. The City of Denison has the authority to move and reassign performer spots to facilitate festival operations.
