Tour & Tasting Experience
Every Saturday at 12 PM and 2 PM, the distillery opens its doors for guided tours that run about 90 minutes—sometimes longer depending on questions. These engaging, expert-led tours dive deep into Denison’s whiskey-making heritage, the Cognac-inspired distillation methods, and their innovative aging techniques. You’re led through production, milling, the copper pot still, the bustling rickhouse, and treated to a generous tasting of 5–8 spirits including their rotating bourbon, corn whiskey, and experimental blends.
